Welcome to the Center for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at Jagan Nath University!
It is a matter of immense pleasure for me to be a part of the Jagan Nath University family as its Vice Chancellor. I take this opportunity to welcome students of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes joining the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Jagan Nath University, Jaipur.
The purpose of Online and Distance Education is to provide quality education to those who may otherwise do not have either access or are unable to enroll in conventional mode of education due to financial, geographical, professional or any other constraint but are keen on walking the path of knowledge and learning. Online and Distance learning programs help in bridging this gap between learner and learning, increasing the accessibility of education. Education through OL/ODL programs have been a boon in engaging thousands of unexploited human potential into useful, skillful and employable citizens.
The Center for Distance and Online Education of the University is committed to offer the opportunities of higher education to the learners, the aspirants beyond boundaries, all over the globe. Our aim is to provide coherent, simple and accessible education for all, enabling learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their academic and professional goals. The university is approved by UGC-DEB to offer the Online and distance education programmes through SWAYAM II platform.
